Patient Feedback

We welcome patient feedback, whether positive or negative, to help us improve the service we provide to our patients.

Friends and Family Test – You are invited to participate in the anonymous ‘Friends and Family test’, either by SMS by texting 9293 to 07800 001234, or through feedback forms available in reception or you can complete the test online. You are also able to share your experiences on the NHS.uk website.

Complaints

Complaints should be made directly to the practice manager, these can be accepted via the telephone, by emailing practice.manager@kingstonhousepractice.co.uk or in writing.
