Self help with minor illnesses

Minor illness from coughs and colds, chicken pox, cuts and grazes can be eased and treated at home with over-the-counter medicines from your pharmacy. Your Pharmacist can provide advice about treating minor health conditions and common ailments. If symptoms persist, or you are concerned, you should contact the GP surgery or visit NHS 111 online.
